I am Nancy Poller and I work from my home in the Malvern Hills making jewellery from beads and fine quality silver. I love experimenting with new styles and materials, and for me shopping for new beads is just as exciting as being a seven-year-old in a sweet shop. I also get bored easily, which is why you will rarely see any design repeated on this website!

As far as I possibly can I like to use ethically-traded materials. I buy my silver components from a fabulous fairtrade project in Thailand called Shiana, which supports the local communities as well as paying the silversmithing artisans a fair wage for their work. When buying beads and other materials I make a point of finding out their origin, and prefer to buy from European & UK makers. I never use poor-quality beads or copies of European designs imported from China, so when you see 'Murano glass' on my website, it means genuine glass from Murano, Venice!

I also enjoy making designs to order. Many customers like to specify their beads and colours so that their chosen piece is just right for a specific outfit or occasion, or as a personalised gift. Just contact me if you would like something made to order. I don't charge anything extra for this service.
